At Zora Carpet, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality handmade carpets and rugs that meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.
Note: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made carpets and rugs.
  • Personalized or specially commissioned products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number and photographs of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect products will be covered by Zora Carpet. For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
