At Zora Carpet (Bhadohi, U.P.), we carefully check every carpet before dispatch. Because many carpets are handmade or made‑to‑order, we can accept returns only in specific cases.

When can you return? If the product is damaged, defective, different from what you ordered (wrong size/color/design), or major items are missing from the package.
When you cannot return? If you simply change your mind, or there are minor size, texture or color differences that are normal in handmade carpets.
Time to raise a request: Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details on support@zoracarpet.com or our WhatsApp/helpline number.
Condition of product: Carpet must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, without stains or odours, and packed safely in original or similar packaging.
Return approval & pickup: Our team will review your request and confirm if it is approved. We will arrange reverse pickup where possible or guide you on how to ship it back.
