Important Notes Before You Order

Hand-Tufted Craftsmanship

This rug is handcrafted. Small variations in shape, texture, pile height, colour and detailing are natural characteristics of handmade rugs and add to their individual character.

Traffic Suitability

Recommended for low to medium-traffic residential areas, such as bedrooms, living rooms, children's rooms, nurseries, reading corners and lounges.

For busy entrance areas, kitchens or heavy commercial traffic, a rug specifically designed for high-traffic use is recommended.

Maintenance Tips

Vacuum regularly using a gentle setting suitable for wool rugs. Avoid aggressive brushing or harsh vacuum attachments.

For spills, gently blot the area immediately with a clean cloth. Do not rub aggressively, as this may affect the wool fibres and textured pile.

Professional cleaning is recommended when a deeper clean is required.

Rotate Periodically

Rotate the rug periodically to help distribute foot traffic and furniture pressure evenly and maintain a consistent appearance.

Color Variation

The colours shown may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and your interior environment. Because this is a handcrafted rug, subtle variations between individual pieces are natural.

Natural Shedding

As the rug is made from 100% New Zealand wool, some natural shedding may occur during the first 7–10 days of use. This is a normal characteristic of natural wool fibres.

Regular, gentle vacuuming can help remove loose fibres during the initial period. Shedding generally reduces with continued use and proper maintenance.

Why You'll Love It

The ZoraCarpet 100% New Zealand Wool Abstract Rug is designed for people who want something more distinctive than a traditional rectangular carpet.

Its artistic organic shape gives the room a softer and more contemporary character, while the combination of sage green, deep green, soft grey, cream, blush pink and brown creates a balanced yet playful colour palette.

The raised shaggy details provide an interesting tactile experience and create beautiful variations in texture across the rug. When light falls across the different pile heights, the surface develops subtle shadows and depth, making the rug visually interesting from different angles.

The natural New Zealand wool construction adds another layer of luxury. Its soft texture makes the rug inviting for bedrooms, family spaces and cosy living areas, while the unique abstract design turns it into a decorative focal point.

Style it with light wood furniture, cream upholstery, neutral sofas, pastel décor or contemporary interiors for a sophisticated look. It can also be used in a children's room or nursery where its playful organic forms and soft colours complement a creative environment.

With its combination of 100% New Zealand wool, hand-tufted craftsmanship, sculpted texture and contemporary multicolor design, this ZoraCarpet rug is a distinctive statement piece created to bring warmth, softness and personality to your space.
